Rules & Regulations
Games consist of four 7-minute quarters. The clock is stopped in the final minute of each quarter.
Each team is allowed 3 full timeouts and 2 thirty-second timeouts per game.
Two free throws are awarded starting at the 5th team foul per quarter. The foul count resets each quarter.
Pressing is only allowed in the final 4 minutes of the 2nd and 4th quarters. Pressing is suspended in the final 2 minutes of any half.
When a team leads by 20 or more points, the clock runs continuously. Pressing is prohibited when a team leads by 20+ points.
Two referees are assigned per game. Officials are paid $45 cash at halftime by the designated coach.
Zero tolerance for disrespectful conduct from players, coaches, and spectators.
