Rules & Regulations
Games consist of four 7-minute quarters.
The clock runs continuously when a team leads by 20 or more points.
Two free throw shots are awarded in the bonus, starting at the 5th team foul per quarter.
Each team is allowed 3 full timeouts and 2 thirty-second timeouts per game.
Overtime periods are 3 minutes. Each team receives one additional timeout per overtime period.
Teams ahead by 20 or more points cannot press. The leading team must retreat inside the 3-point line.
Numbered jerseys are required. No jewelry or hair beads permitted during play. Basketball size: Women's/Youth 28.5.
Only registered players and coaches are allowed on the bench. Parents are excluded from the bench area.
Officials fees are $45 per game, paid by the designated coach at halftime.
Players may leave their free throw lane spot on the release of the shot, except from positions outside the 3-point line.
A 15-minute grace period is allowed before a forfeit is declared. The forfeiting team is responsible for covering officials' fees.
Teams must exit the gym within 5 minutes of the final whistle. The final two teams of the day assist with cleanup.
Zero tolerance for disrespectful conduct from players, coaches, and spectators.
